Product Development & R&D

Product Development & R&D

The foundation of our entire production process is laid during the product development and R&D phase. Sample studies are carried out in line with technical details, dimensions, and usage expectations. Products are evaluated in terms of both aesthetics and production efficiency and then prepared for mass production.

Design & Pattern Development

Design & Pattern Development

Our fabric designs are shaped by original pattern studies developed in-house. Designs prepared in accordance with weaving techniques are developed in line with aesthetic and functional requirements. Pattern planning suitable for dobby and jacquard weaving infrastructure is carried out at this stage.

Production – Dobby Weaving

Production – Dobby Weaving

During the production process carried out on dobby weaving looms, the pattern structure and fabric characteristics are applied with precision. Throughout production, technical parameters and weaving integrity are continuously monitored to ensure compliance with standards.

Production – Jacquard Weaving

Production – Jacquard Weaving

Jacquard weaving is a specialized process in which fabrics with a high level of detail and character are produced. The clear and strong appearance of patterns on the fabric surface is achieved through our technical expertise at this stage. Aesthetic value and production quality are the core priorities of our jacquard weaving process.

Fabric Quality Control

Fabric Quality Control

The produced fabrics undergo a detailed quality control process before proceeding to the garment manufacturing stage. Weaving defects, surface smoothness, dimensional tolerances, and overall fabric integrity are meticulously inspected.

Garment Manufacturing

Garment Manufacturing

Fabrics that have received quality approval proceed through cutting and sewing processes during the garment manufacturing stage. In line with product measurements and technical details, garment production is carried out in accordance with the production plan. At this stage, workmanship quality, seam durability, and product form are meticulously controlled to deliver the final product.

Finished Product Quality Control

Finished Product Quality Control

Products that have completed the garment manufacturing process undergo final quality control before shipment. Measurements, stitching details, product form, and overall appearance are inspected to verify compliance with quality standards. At this stage, only approved products are transferred to the packaging process.

Packaging & Shipment

Packaging & Shipment

Products that have completed quality control are packaged in accordance with their specifications. The packaging process is planned to ensure that the products are protected during shipment and delivered to the customer without any issues. Domestic and international shipments are carried out in line with scheduling and logistics planning.
